Financing Your Facility: Funding your facility is a vital step in ensuring that you have the necessary backing to operate your facility properly. How to Build, Buy or Lease a Pet Care Facility: This session provides the audience with options of how best to start a pet services facility, including buying an existing facility or franchise. All About Dog Day Care: This presentation is a virtual operation's manual for dog daycare providers and start-ups which incorporate industry standards recommended by PCSA. In addition students will have a better understanding of canine body language. Design Decisions and Material Selection: This presentation will define what is included in the construction documents. You will learn how a floor plan is created, how the cost triangle affects your material selection, the importance of your electrical, plumbing and mechanical systems and how they relate to acoustical design. At the end of this course students will have the tools and education to obtain a facility and provide quality pet care to their customers? .In addition students will learn how to maximize their profits in the pet care industry.
