While the times have been tough and the trade association has been put to the test, PCSA is emerging from these challenges stronger and more viable than ever!  When we look at where we've been, we are better off today than yesterday.  And you can continue to count on us in the years to come. 

There may be other organizations that try to mimic PCSA.  But don't be fooled.  There is only one Pet Care Services Association.  We provide thousands of pet care facility owners like you with the most current trends, information, business practices, and the highest level of education opportunities for more than 33 years.

• Currently, Pet Care Services Association is improving a number of benefits to better serve all our members - large and small businesses, cat boarding, doggie daycares, Associates, Institutions, and those wanting to join the industry.  Take a look at what we are doing:
• We've hired Laura Laaman & Associates - a respected and successful marketing firm - to handle the upcoming Outstanding Pet Care Expo so we can focus on our core programs while expanding and improving the member benefits package. 
• We are in the last phase of choosing our new insurance affinity partner to protect our members and save them money.
• We are seeking business consultants to assist our members in marketing, website design, business management, and SEO.
• Future webinars are being planned with the help of business consultants. 
• We will shortly launch the new and improved CKO book to meet the growing demands of our clients.
• We are ramping up our online presence through Facebook, and encourage you to do the same. Find us on Facebook and get in on the discussions, get more 'face time' with your customers, and enjoy doing a little marketing for your business each day.
• The Bulletin Board in the MEMBERS section of the website is getting a facelift as we speak. Working in conjunction with Facebook, we will be better able to address your questions and answer them in a timely manner.

Remember to always look for our name and logo to insure quality products and information about the pet care industry.  Don't settle for anything less - if it doesn't say Pet Care Services Association, you're not receiving the best.
