Pet Care Services Association 2008 Calendar of Events

The Pet Care Services Association Basic Training is the premier event in the pet care industry for those interested in opening a business. Learn how you can participate in the runaway growth of the booming Pet Services Industry in this unique gathering of seminars on "How to Establish and Operate" the different types of pet service businesses. In our Basic Training, we will present in-depth learning opportunities that will give you the information you need to select your niche in the business of commercial pet care services including dog and cat boarding, grooming, training, retailing and dog day care services. For example, sessions in our Basic Training will focus on the do's and don'ts of pet services, understanding your target market and industry, establishing sound business operations, staffing your facility, and providing expert customer relations.
