Ethics/Bill of Rights
The Pet Care Services Association members are committed to a Code of Ethics and a Pet Owners' Bill of Rights, which assure pet owners that their beloved pets will receive professional, loving care. Please review the documents below to learn more about the superior commitment PCSA members make to all pets in their care.
In the event that your pet experiences a pet care stay that differs from the spirt of PCSA's Pet Owners Bill of Rights, you can express your concerns to PCSA's Ethics Committee, which will investigate the incident. These incidents must have taken place at a PCSA member facility, as PCSA has not obligation nor no authority to review incidents at non-PCSA member facilities.
