The PCSA Code of Ethics and the Ethics Program has been established in order to accomplish the following goals:

1. Encourage and promote ethical conduct and high standard of care within the Non-Veterinarian Pet Care Service industry by publicly demonstrating PCSA members commitment to the PCSA Code of Ethics, Bill of Rights and Standards and Practices.

2. Serve as a process whereby ethics complaints against PCSA members can be handled in a fair and objective manner.

3. Attempt to resolve disputes through education, encouragement and examples.
