Members Code of EthicsThe PCSA Code of Ethics and the Ethics Program has been established in order to accomplish the following goals: 1. Encourage and promote ethical conduct and high standard of care within the Non-Veterinarian Pet Care Service industry by publicly demonstrating PCSA members commitment to the PCSA Code of Ethics, Bill of Rights and Standards and Practices. 2. Serve as a process whereby ethics complaints against PCSA members can be handled in a fair and objective manner. 3. Attempt to resolve disputes through education, encouragement and examples. 4. Increase public awareness of PCSA members commitment to ethical conduct, higher standards of practices and therefore make PCSA membership more valuable.
